Formerly known as 2 Book Lovers Reviews. Just like a book, it’s a new chapter!
I went into this one at a timely moment, The Odyssey movie is set to be released in a few weeks time. Odyssey is book 4 in Stephen Fry’s Great Mythology series. This is the first one that I would say is book for book; while the other books in Fry’s series pull from multiple sources for the content, this is book is more or less based on Homer’s Odyssey. Fry has pulled in other elements, the meat and potatoes of the book come from the one principal source.
Hello,
The couples who read together, stay together. That may not be scientifically proven, but it’s worked for us. We have been blogging for over twelve years. While we do enjoy reading together, we rarely read the same novels (although, it does happen occasionally). Sometimes a good book is just too good not to recommend to your spouse/blogging partner. If you’re looking for a book recommendation, you’ve come to the right place. Between the two of us, we cover a wide selection of genres. If you have a recommendation for us, we’d love to hear it! As always, happy reading!
